Buy Live3, or add more stations

Subscribe to Live3 and pay for the stations you run. Buying happens on the Seats page in Aeron Zero.

Open Seats in Aeron Zero

Goal: by the end, your organization has a Live3 subscription covering the number of stations it runs, and those stations are switched on.

Buying does not happen inside Live3. It happens in Aeron Zero, the account console that owns your organization, its people and its billing, on the Seats page.

What you are actually buying

Live3 is priced per station, per year. A station is one physical unit reporting to the platform. You buy as many stations as you run.

People are free and unlimited. Adding a colleague to your organization never costs anything, so there is no reason to share a login. See Add a user to an organization.

Before you start

  • You need an Admin role in your organization. Other members can see the page but cannot buy.
  • Know how many stations you want to cover.

Steps

  1. 1

Open Seats in Zero. Go to zero.aeronsystems.com/assets/seats. It shows how many stations you have paid for and how many of them are in use.

  2. 2

Choose a plan and a number of stations. The price is shown in your billing country's currency. Pick the quantity and start the checkout.

  3. 3

Pay. Payment is taken by Razorpay in a window of its own. Card and UPI both work. Card details are entered inside Razorpay and never reach Aeron.

  4. 4

Turn the stations on. Once payment confirms, go to Stations and activate the units that should use the slots you bought. Buying adds capacity; activating decides which station spends it.

Result

The subscription appears on the Billing page in Zero with its renewal date and amount, and every charge has a tax invoice under Billing → Invoices. The stations you activated start reporting into Live3 straight away.

Adding stations later

Same page, same steps. What happens behind the scenes depends on how you paid the first time. A card subscription simply grows, and the larger amount lands on your next renewal. A UPI subscription cannot be changed once approved, so the extra stations are sold as a second subscription with its own mandate. You are never asked to cancel and re-buy.

Common questions

Why is the price different from what a colleague in another country sees? Live3 is priced per market. Your organization is billed in the currency of its billing country, shown on the Billing page. That country is set by Aeron, so contact support if it is wrong.

Can I pay monthly? The plans offered on the Seats page are what is available to your organization. If you need different terms, email support@aeronsystems.com.

My payment went through but nothing changed. Confirmation arrives from Razorpay separately from the payment itself, so there is a short gap. The Billing page says so while it waits. If it is still waiting after a few minutes, email support with the date and amount.
