Assign a station to a user

Goal: give an existing member access to a station they currently can't see.

Before you start

• You need to be an Owner of the organization who holds the station.
• The person is already a member of the organization.

Steps

   Open the station. Open Organization in the account menu (top right), go to the Stations tab and find the station you want to share.

2. 2

   Add the user. In the station's access list, pick the member and give them the User role on this station, then add them. They'll see the station the next time they open Live3.

   Only Aeron can add another Admin to a station. Ask Aeron support if someone else needs to manage it.

Result

The member now sees this station on the Dashboard and Map view.
