Step-by-step instructions for the common tasks.

Each guide walks through one task the way the app is meant to be used. The screens they mention are covered in the Interface guide.

Triage your fleet

Goal: find the sites that need you today, fastest first.

Open the Dashboard.
Your sites are already sorted worst-first by clear-sky index, so the ones dragging your fleet down are at the top.

Open the worst site.
Its bankability score and the sensors behind it are laid out together, so you can see what pulled the number down.

Ask the assistant "What should I act on first?".
It ranks what is worth your time across the fleet, so you are not guessing.

Goal: understand what is wrong with a sensor and when it started.

Find the problem.
On Maintenance or Insights, open the flagged sensor. Wedant tells you whether it is soiling, drift, a flatline, a drop, or a divergence from its neighbours.

Replay the window.
Scrub back through history to see exactly when the reading went bad and how far it moved, so you know what it cost.

Goal: log what you did so the score and the problem list catch up.

Go to Maintenance.
Find the site or sensor you worked on.

Record a disposition.
Note what you did, for example that you cleaned all sensors today. The action is kept in the maintenance log and feeds back into station health.

Goal: get your data out once, or on a recurring schedule, without code.

Open Data and choose Export.
Pick the dataset and the delivery you want.

Decide whether it repeats.
Leave it as a one-off, or set it to recur so a fresh export lands on a schedule. Recurring reports are managed under Reports.

Goal: give the right person the right level of access.

Open Settings.
Go to the access area for your organization.

Invite and choose a role.
Add the person and set their role: an operator who acts on sites, an owner, or a read-only lender or insurer who can view but not change.
