Create an API key

Generate an organization-scoped key for server-to-server access to the Live3 Data API.

Goal: create an API key so your own systems can pull station data without a browser login.

API keys are owned by your organization, not by an individual, so a key keeps working regardless of who created it.

Before you start

  • You need an Admin role to reach the API Keys area.
  • Decide whether the key should reach all stations or a specific subset.
