Ace DLG80

Overview

The Ace DLG80 is a high-performance multichannel data logger and IoT gateway engineered for the rigorous demands of solar resource and environmental monitoring. With 8 single-ended / 4 differential analog input channels and a 24-bit ADC, it connects seamlessly to irradiance sensors, temperature probes, wind instruments, and energy meters via 4–20 mA, 0–1 V, or resistive (PT100/PT1000) outputs.

Dual RS485 Modbus RTU ports allow simultaneous Master and Slave operation — polling inverters and MFM meters while forwarding aggregated data to local SCADA networks. The integrated LTE modem streams high-resolution data to Aeron's Live3 cloud platform for real-time PR and CUF analytics.

GPS time synchronization ensures every data point is precisely timestamped — essential for IEC 61724-1:2021 Class A compliance and bankable performance reporting.
